With over 40 years of gourmet cooking experience, executive chef Dennis Wong has garnered international fame and success. Dennis’s love, passion, and creativity for cooking have been the key ingredients to his culinary achievements. Some of his signature dishes include Curry Crab, Hai Nan Chicken, Squid Ink Fried Rice, and a tableside Flambeéd Quail. Le Soleil is a staple in San Francisco’s Inner Richmond neighborhood, serving generations of families since 1993.
